WHAT ARE THE EXCLUSIONS ON PROMOTIONAL OFFERS?
From time to time, 1935 cbd likes to offer its family of customers promotional codes to save on CBD. While we do our best to make the experience simple on our website, we understand that there may be questions as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team.
The limit is one discount code per order. All online discount codes have a designated expiration date and can only be used once per customer. Furthermore, most codes can only be applied to carts with up to five products. Discount codes cannot be applied to our Apparel Collection or Bundles.
Discount codes cannot be used on Autoship subscription orders as these are already discounted.
Please note: Some discount codes require you to be logged into your 1935 cbd account. Other exclusions may apply.
How do I redeem my Discount Codes?
In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see the option to add a Discount Code. Add the Discount Code and select Apply Discount.
What shipping & handling methods does 1935 cbd offer?
Our goal is to get our customers everything they need as soon as possible. We currently only offer Ground Shipping, for all orders, we offer free shipping. We are currently utilizing USPS Mail Innovations for all ground shipping orders, which involves both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. All orders start out with USPS, but some do get routed to local post offices for final delivery. Our warehouse team will issue all customers a USPS tracking number, which can be used on either shipping company’s website for detailed tracking.
How do returns work at 1935 cbd?
At 1935 cbd, we stand behind our products 100%. In fact, we're so convinced our products will help make a positive difference in your life that if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for one of the following ways:
- A full refund for the product(s) if it was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item(s) or your product(s) has not been delivered to your address you provided within 30 days based off the USPS report).
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- A store credit for the amount you paid for the item(s) you are wishing to return if you have an account with us.
- This choice is not valid for guest purchases.
- Store credit will be entered into the customer’s account within 3 weeks once the product(s) has been returned to our facility. However, in many cases you will receive the store credit sooner.
- We will not cover the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to our facility.
- We will replace the returned item(s) with a new product(s) of the customer’s choice for equal or less value on us once the product has been returned to our facility.
- We will not cover the cost of shipping the retuned item(s) to our facility.
Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale or Apparels items .
